Hey everyone!

this seems like a great group! I’ve ridden some different trikes. Can-am spiders and Goldwing trikes mostly. Currently love riding my Gl1800 2 wheeler. Just trying to figure out a direction to go. I live an hour NE of Toronto. Trikes are very expensive here.

Just wanted to say hello.

Howdy David:wave4: you've come to the right place to poke around and make some new friends.

That might have come out wrong...but you get the idea

Welcome to Trike Talk from eastern Kentucky!

We are a two trike family. I ride a Triglide and my wife rides a Spyder. They've got vastly different characteristics, but both are fun.

Welcome from AZ

It's a tough decision and you are right to give it a lot of thought. I went with a Spyder for a very short time. While they are good for some, it wasn't for us. It cost me a bunch of money but I ended up back on an 1800 GW (2 wheels). We looked around and researched for about a year before deciding on a trike. Waiting for delivery now.

Hello from Ottawa... have owned many bikes from many different makers. Last three were Harleys so we went with their 2018 Tri Glide. Very happy... should have done this a year ago

Welcome to trike talk. To beat your high prices, you might consider driving you bike across to a US builder and driving same bike back as a trike. If you wanted to take a warm winter beach vacation and trailer it to Texas. I'm sure our leader can trike it, you ride it for a while, then load it back up for the trip home.

Happy Riding

Welcome to TT. We had a 2006 GL1800 that we triked in 2010. Rode it for about a year and enjoyed it but decided I wasn't ready for a trike yet so sold it and went back to 2 wheels. Bought a 2015 Harley Freewheeler to keep my wife riding with me as she was no longer comfortable being on 2 wheels. Enjoy the advantages of a trike now so will probably stay with it. Still have my 1979 Harley FLH that I can ride when I need a 2 wheel fix but that is becoming less and less.
