New to triking.

The seat and handgrip warmers on my 2007 Wing have quit. I rode it to my converter.A round trip of 160 miles and spent the whole day there, but they could not find the problem.
Has anybody got some ideas?

heated seat

Are you positive they plugged the seat back in? That will also keep grips from working? Not sure if there is a separate fuse for that.

They told me they worked on it for three hours but I have only their word for it.I don't trust them,I'm thinking of takin the bike to the Honda dealership, that's where I bought the bike.

Take the seat bolts out, raise the seat enough to make sure it's plugged in and no pins in the connector are bent or broken.
Same for the passenger back rest.
The majority of the Comfort System inops seems to be the left grip!

A couple of points you need to be aware of

1. If you recently installed a backrest that had you cut thru the seat that may be the problem.
2. Also, there is a sensor that dictates that the seat warmer will not work if the outside temp is above 50 degrees. I've had the hand grips warm when the seat will not.
3. The dealer should be able to trace the current to the seat to see if it is actually getting current to the connector.
4. Don't let the dealer try to blame the conversion company on this. That conversion shouldn't have affected your heated seat and handgrips.

Hope this helps some.
