Need Help

I saw a thread somewhere that had pics of the cats being cut out and the pipes being re welded. Looked something like a trap door. Cant find it now anyone know what I am talking about. Has anyone used this method in taking their cats out.

I sawed my pipe in half, removed the cat, cleaned it up and welded it back together.

 

[Boom]
