Need help front brake cylinder

MY BIKE NAME IS MISS TOUCH & DIE
SHE IS #183 2008
Can anyone help me with this problem my front left side
Caliper strut and out side of the brake cylinder is loose.
When I put on the brake all this move. I try to a just the caliper strut. With no luck.
I HAD PROBLEM ONES BEFORE WITH THE FRONT
I HAD THE DEALER LOOK THAT IT. THE DEALER I BOUGHT TWO STALLION
FROM. THEY WORK ON IT LESS THEN A YEAR AGO . AND IT COST ME $900.00
JUST FOR LABER . I WILL NEVER LET THEM (CYCLES & TRIKES IN FREDERICK MR) TOUCH MY BIKE OR SPEND A $1.00 WITH THEM.
AMD NOW I HAVE TO FIX IT AGAIN:AGGHH:

your not giving much info.
pics work better
the big bearings, one on either side is just to allow the black piece that holds the calipers to rotate around the axle.
look at both bearings, is the seal missing on one side and the ball bearings showing or missing?
that is the only way off the top of my head that would give you the problem you have.
the actual wheel bearings are tapered roller bearings packed in blue Chevron grease and you can not see them unless you pull the axle out.
