It is a Biltwell helmet. It is only about 3 years old. I believe you can still buy them and the bubble shields as well. I like it...

Congratulations. Mine is black too because several on here attested to that being the fastest color. No complaints, but I am beginning to think they meant it was fastest to get dirty.
