Mufflers

Hi all, ok, need to know what year mufflers can I put on a 2019 TriGlide m8. One said 09-16 off a 2wheeler with 13/4” inlet another said no you need m8 TriGlide because one pipe is bigger than the other. Who’s right? Thank you

My humble opinion I don’t think they will work and that leads to the question is why do you want to use mufflers from An 09/16 ?

I believe they will fit from 98 to 16, 2019 tri glide has the same size inlet, the two wheelers have two different size inlets

ROAD DOG is correct. 2017 forward on TWO wheelers will not fit because the inlet on the right side is larger. But previous years will fit the all HD Trikes, including the 2019.

I currently have a pair of mufflers from my 2014 that are my 2019.

Fair enough......But like you said they are off a two wheeler then thats not a deal..:Shrug:.

Yes. I cannot think of any exceptions to that...well, other than a 2 into 1 muffler.

Muffler fittment

When I looked up the Screamin Eagle Fatshotz this is what Harley says about this muffler. Notice it covers Touring and Trike with a few exceptions.

Fits '10-'16 Touring and '09-'16 Trike models (except CVO™ and '10 FLHX and FLTRX models). Installation requires separate purchase of Muffler Clamps P/N 65296-95A (Qty 2).
