We got an order for a Motor Trike IRS conversion for a 2002 Honda Gold Wing 1800 so I thought Id share some photos of the build in progress.

Bike has been pulled down and rear end hung. Net we will start all the assembly, bolt-up, etc.

View from rear center. This is a real nice setup and rides very, very smooth.

View from left side standing in front of tire looking back. Note the setup uses progressive adj coil-over shocks on the leading edge of the IRS as well as adjustable air bags located horizontally over the IRS on either side.

View from left side of trike looking at the on board air compressor. More pics tomorrow.

Dave-
They claim its quicker but its about the same really. There is a center brace that bolts underneath the gas tank that requires removing the battery, unbolting the rear gas tank/shock mount bolt and squeezing into a tight spot to get that bolted back up, so that considered, its not much of a time difference really. It is a clean, well engineered setup and the ride is very good. Still not a huge noticeable difference unless you're in some bumpy stuff though. As you know from owning one, the current solid axle trikes have a very good ride too.

(Yeah...Nana said that was supposed to be our little secrete so I should just go ahead and take it off..... NOW! )
