We love our new motor trike.But..when do you plan on upgrading the air lines?
We keep having air leaks.
Also will you ever ofter extended warranties?

My experience with this is to loosen the fittings, apply some teflon tape, and re-tighten. Stops the leaks almost every time. I also have trimmed a bit of the tubing off, and used new fittings, and this also cures the worst offenders. Try some soapy water in a spray bottle, and isolate the culprits one by one. The most frequent leaks have been the t-fittings, where three hoses come together at each wheel/shock. Not too hard to do. Hope this helps, jimsjnx

+ 1 what Jim said...also after doing that, you will want to put 90lbs of air in the system and let it sit overnight to swell the lines and o-rings a bit. That will sometimes help seal the system. Take it back down to normal pressure the next day.

Check to see if a secondary check valve is installed on the air compressor line. This was something we did to prevent the check valve sealing issue at lower pressures and can offer it as a "retro-fit". In addition, do you have the digital air compressor system with an electronic bleed off valve, or the manual style?

For any information, or help, please feel free to call and talk to Richard Purdy.
