Gold Wing Motor Trike no rear brakes

Going to get has this morning and the rear brake pedal goes all the way to the floorboard. I have no rear brakes. Checked the brake fluid and it looks ok. It almost feels like a cable or shaft broke. Any suggestions?

If you see no leaks, the master cylinder could be by passing, a rebuild of the master and bleed the system, or a new master may be an answer, if current bleeding of system does not work
