Monarch II registration issue

Hey!
I am currently trying to register a 2004 1800GL with the Monarch II kit. Trying to register it in Norway and i don't have the papers for it's max weight capacity. Does anyone know where i could get the datasheet for this bike or any document that says the max weight? i have tried contacting Champion about this but they have no documents like that.
