2004 GL1800 Monarch Front U-Joint Help!

Recently had the front u-joint (at the transmission output) go on our 2004 GL1800 Monarch 1 (solid axel) trike. Trike currently sitting at repair shop in BC while they try to find a part. Can anyone tell me the part number and/or who makes the front u-joint for these trikes? I have heard that it is either a Valkyrie or GL1800 OEM front yoke and the u-joint cannot be replaced, is this true?. Any help would be greatly appreciated as right now our trike is just an expensive lawn decoration.

Try it again....its working for me. If it still doesnt work just go to the Lehman Trikes Forum and find that thread.

Still unable to post it either way. Keep getting the same error message. Tried going through Lehman Trikes but still no luck.

After a stressful adventure trying to find a replacement drive shaft we may have our baby back on the road this riding season. My shop had to get a machine shop to custom make a new front yoke assembly for the driveshaft as there are no original new or used ones to be found anywhere. Not cheap but better than having to sell the trike for parts. Road trip here we come. So excited!!!
