Mirror extenders

I put them on my Triglide about a year ago. I really like them. Now I can see around me and the passenger. I think they were Kuryaken.

Don't know which one's the OP has, but I have Kuryakan Mirror Stem Extender's P/N 1444. Revzilla, eBay and others sell around $ 44.99. Harley also sells their brand of Extender's, but have no experience with them or know their cost.

Love the extenders, because
I no longer have to constantly lean outward to look around my shoulders and elbows. Extenders were much cheaper than a new set of Long Stem Mirrors.;)

There are a couple options out there to extend your mirrors. I had a simple 1" or 1.5" threaded extension on my 16 TG that I just haven't taken the time to dig out and put on the 19 yet. If I recall I ordered it from J&P for less than $20.00.

It let you see a little better IMHO but it did change the wind buffeting around the mirror also. The OPs post was a good reminder for me to dig them out and put them back on.

This view from the front was another pleasing point for me with these style extenders. They only raise the mirrors slightly, but more importantly, they extend them outward 3" making it very easy to see past the arms and shoulders, but still maintain that stock look. It really comes down to what style, functionality and price each rider finds acceptable.20200622_125145.jpg
