Master Tune TTS - will need help!

First I need to thank WIZ ThumbUp, he said that the tuner could be upgraded for $200 and he saved me a bundle. I have a legacy tuner (OLD UNIT) and TTS is updating it as I type this. Don't expect it back until early August but that's ok because I am out of town until August 6th, then the fun starts.
To start I have a 2013 TG - stock.
Initial Mod will be a simple AN Big sucker stage 1, this will let me get familiar with the TTS and the process.
Within 30 days of the first mod I will be installing the V&H power duals with monster rounds mufflers.
I've looked at the downloads and think I need these.
1st Mod DTA 009-03-A0-001
Second Mod DTQ-044-03-A0-001

Will these get me started in the right direction?:Shrug:

Either one will work for both stages of your upgrades since you will have to V-Tune for each change, maybe Wiz will pop in with a favorite he has found to work best.
