Making room

We are 9 days away from getting our GW Motor Trike, and trying to make room in the garage for the trike and trailer. The wife's Buell sold last Saturday and yes, she did cry a little when the guy rode it away. I think my Volusia will be gone tomorrow and no, I won't cry to see it go. I know I have something better coming my way. We will be gone to Vegas Sunday through Friday and picking up the Trike Saturday morning. Should have lots of time to break it in over the 3-day holiday weekend..... Yes, I am stoked!!!!:D

Vegas? Now that's the way to minimize the pain of waiting! LOL :D.

Congratulations to both of you. You will have an extra great holiday weekend for sure!

I have my little 500 Shadow I ride it to work every day .. I don't want to leave the trike with all its toys and easy of mounting in the parking lot. I see kids climbing on the ridding tractors all day long. Any way I love to ride it until I take out the trike and I fall in love with it all over again.

Yeah, I thought so too. The builder didn't think it was very funny when I told him that I "hope we have enough money left to pay for it when we get back." No sense of humor....

What an exciting time for you. I remember it well!

We actually had to build another room under our house (house is on pilings) to accommodate the trike. It was originally built for the Chief's HD Road King, but the trike ended up being wider than we expected, so she got the room of her own (not quite what Virginia Woolf had in mind when she wrote "A Room of One's Own" LOL!)

I can relate to selling your bikes. When I sold my Suzuki, I missed it mightily, but only until I got Goldie!

Have fun in Vegas, and definitely leave the trike payment in a locked box somewhere! :D
