Yeah the lug nut O D is 19 mm but I don't know about the treads - metric or standard, inquiring minds what to know, lol.

Lug Nuts

The tread size is 1/2-20. I was looking for lugnuts for my Jeep Wrangler and I saw some that would look good on my Tri glide. They fit the trike but the Harley ones, have a shoulder on them at the end of the taper. The car ones don't. The taper is the same 60 deg.s

Jeep lug nuts 1/2inch 20 are exactly the same as the TriGlide. I know because I tried them. I also bought a set of locking nuts also same as Jeep.
