Lower left shock mount

Hi, I'm trying to replace the lower left shock mount with no luckThe parking brake bracket is blocking the lower two bolts from being removed.I tried to remove the bracket, hit it with an impact gun and the two bolts didn't budge. Way beyond red Locktite.Obviously it can be done but I sure can't figure out how without removing the bracket.Any help will be appreciated Jon

I put some heat on mine with the heat gun, then the breaker bar with socket got'em loose.

Can you apply some heat on the bolt the bolt only......That will brake/loosen the Loctite grip...
