Lock Jammed

Lock on tour pack is jammed (key will not turn). Remote works so no problem locking or unlocking as long as i don't loose the fob! Has anyone else had this problem? Looks as if the lock is a real #$#@ to replace? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Best is try a little WD in the cylinder.
Before running the key in there. Take a paper clip unbended and make sure there is nothing in the back of the lock cylinder to cause an obstruction.
If it just stopped turning how old a bike?? Its fairly easy for it to have a stuck tumbler if it just stopped recently.
I doubt it would have much wear as most folks use the fob.
I had to redo mine when I got the bike.
I just happen to be a locksmith so for me it was no big deal to figure out the Honda mechanism.
On my bike the center handle was stuck so the key wouldn't turn.
The right side handle opens my trunk. The left side handle isn't used.
I have a Motor Trike kit.
I bought an extra fob.
I believe you can get on line a fob for the 2000 Honda S2000. It uses the same fob as my 2010 GW that Honda wanted $80 + for.
