Good luck on the swap out. My CB and headset part of the radio on my 2013 just went out on my trip. 3 dealers all have said I will have to wait until it can be removed and sent in. No swapout.Well after checking some more , it is call the back light . Will take to the shop tomorrow and see what they have to say. I found a site on line, Iron Cross Audio that does a lot of work on Harley radios ,if anybody has radio trouble and not cover under warranty. It sure would be good if they have one that could be swapped out tomorrow

interesting you mentioned that Mike.. my 2010 did the same thing at about 8000 miles. was only off a few hours thenYour still under warranty, I'd take it to the dealer. One of the down sides to the HK radio they installed in the 06 - 13 touring line is some die an early death. The radio in my 06 Ultra had its display go blank after 1 year, the warranty replacement is still kicking so far. The radio in my dads 06 Ultra lasted about 2 1/2 years before it took a dump.
I once had the display go out on the 2010 Triglide I used to own, it went out for a few moments and then came back. I didn't have any more troubles after that, don't know how the new owners luck is holding out though.
