For me, NOTHING is do it yourself.:qpnmt:The bars are around $100. I don't think your '15 needs extended cables. Should be do-able yourself with the manual.

I raised the height of my bars today. Just went about ten miles on a back road. I think I'm gonna like it that way. Easier to lock your elbow and push. Will know more when I get some more saddle time in.
I put my left side heat shield back on also. Didn't notice any temp. drop on the PV tuner screen and DID notice more heat on the left side at stop lights. Got the Wards fans installed today but not enough miles to see what they do. The hardest part of the job (other than waiting for the RTV to cure) was finding the two #@%$# screws I dropped into the chassis.![]()
Not paying attention to anything at all....Just noticed that the thread went over 2000 posts a few days back. Just took a little over a year. Lots has been said, mostly by me.![]()
Things in this Nation are terrible. Other than prayer, I don't know what can be done.Cannot believe it has happen again ............. Geeze, we haven't buried the last one here in Dallas.
We are doing one of the simpler things in life right now. We're at a drive-in theater.
Not or many of them left in the country.

We saw The Secret Life of Pets and Ghostbusters. The first sucked and the second was pretty good. At least they weren't trying to make it a carbon copy of the original Ghostbusters with Bill Murray. What you watching
I'm glad too. Makes me appreciate my wife and kids all the more.Glad that blowout didn't have a bad ending. I have seen some nasty ones in this part of the country. Long straight roads and lots of speed, has caused many deathly accidents. Jim
Drive in is doing a buy two at regular price, get the third at half offThen he would deserve a good slap....Its in bad form to take the Wife and the Girlfriend at the same time! , That only leads to hurt feeling's......![]()

On the way home, one of the brand new tires I had put on Thursday blew out while we were on the interstate traveling at 75mph!!
The only thing I can say is God Himself steered the van, because it went back and forth across 2 lanes almost into the median before we came to a stop on the shoulder. We then had to wait on the side of the road for a tire change assist for almost 3 hours. The guy doing it had a really difficult time changing it too. I'm glad I didn't attempt it. It took 2 jacks to do the job.
You all won't believe this--cause I was flabbergasted myself. Went down to the tire place where I bought the tire that blew up. The 'boss' got on the phone with his boss for a few minutes, then when he got off the phone, he told me to get two estimates to get the van fixed. Also replacing both tires I bought with tires double the price of the ones I bought.
So I felt kind of obliged to buy two more matching tires for the front. It just goes to show that there are businesses out there that stand behind what they sell, and are honorable.
Kuomo exactasI'm glad you are o.k. I know what you went through, having been there myself recently. Don't forget to include in your estimates, the cost of cleaning the brown stains off your seats. :qpnmt:
It is nice to still see stand up service these days. What tires were they?
I wish every business operated the way you operated yours. The world would be a better place if they did.Thats the way i ran my business/shop..[Not automotive] 100% guarantee no matter how many years ago i did the work... Fixed right away And no arguments... Thats how i managed to stay in the same exact location from 1970 to 2001.... And why i was able to retire at 57..... I never looked at what i lost doing work over , Just what i made doing it right the first time.. Every time...
