Late nighters---unite!!!

I wish every business operated the way you operated yours. The world would be a better place if they did.

I don't think many business can now days' I was a one man shop, I started out as an apprentice, The first 6 months without any salary... Then the next year at 40 dollars a week. Then slowly honed my trade.
When i finally started making some good money...1964 into 1965....I got a letter from Johnson ''Greetings'' Salary went down to 93 dollars a month, Got a raise in Nam 178 a month... Worked for my old boss for a year or two after i got out' Then i opened my own shop And for many years worked 6 days a week' Leaving my house at 4:30 Am and getting back home at 8/9 Pm... My Credo was finish the job when promised and do it right every-time, Even if meant turning down other work...And thats why my customers kept coming back to me year after year... And paying my relative high prices...

:) You don't post much over there ..............

About a year ago, I tried to post and i couldn't for some reason i needed to enter my password, After 5 try's i was locked out' and told to wait 20 minutes and try again..
I waited about a year... Then one day recently i gave it another shot.. Low and behold i am able to post again... I'm having the same problem with a Victory forum,
But i gave up on them..Just mention the word' Harley' and they go nuts' Quite a few of them will take a test ride on a Harley' Just to knock the Harley...They have in my opinion an inferiority complex 'Especially since Polaris brought back the Indian, [They think Polaris doesn't love them anymore] And now there not the Other American bike..

Back to work (BOO!)...

My 2 week retirement is over. Will have a one week retirement in September. That's how I'm going to start looking at vacations...retirement practice.

Yeah, the Victory fanboys don't like being second string to Indian.

Did you go anywhere while you were off? I thought you mentioned a camping trip.
Nope. Stayed around the house except for the 2 trips to the drive-in theater. It takes about an hour and a half to get there.

I'll probably take a sick day before the summer is over to go again.
