jeff and elise in the USA

seem to be missing a memory card with the pics from speed week. i got to ride the trike on the salt as the sun went down. what a privilege.....

spent the night at Moab which is a cool place. and a pizza bar and bar next to a laundrymat was a bonus,
having 2 cameras die in a day we bought a cheap one, which is why the pics from arches arent as good as they should be.. i worried that the cheap camera might be poor, and we did buy a better one when we got the chance. cant recall where that was.

we werent allowed into monument valley because we were on a motorcycle. guess a lot has changed since easy rider was made. we still got to see the formations from a distance. i found the whole thing sad and depressing. grotty conditions. broken bottles everywhere. disorganised, extremely substandard conditions even in the new shopping area.

after leaving willianms we triked on and off the freeway looking for more of route 66 that was less known, or rather not signposted..found this gem
