On Nov 6th my husband Paul suffered a massive heart attack and I lost him. The pain is almost unbearable after being together 46 years. He loved to ride his motorcycle and even more, he loved the fact that I ride my own also. He is very supportive of our Women On Wheels® chapter GVG. I will miss his kindness, compassion, generosity and his love. RIP Darling.

My prayers go out to you that the Lord give you peace and comfort. Thank the Lord that you had many years with someone you loved deeply. God bless you!

So sorry to read this Patches. He and you are in MJ's and Mine prayers.

Dear Lord,

That You will take him gently by the
hand, and lead him on

Along the road of life that never ends,
and he will find it is not death but dawn

I do not doubt that You are there as
here, and You will hold him dear

And this that we call death, it is no
more

Than the opening and closing of a
door—

Dear Lord, I thank You for the faith
that frees,

The love that knows it cannot lose its
own;

The love that, looking through the
shadows, sees

That You and He and I are ever one.

Arlene, we are lifting you up and prayer.

So sorry to hear of your great loss. I too lost my wife, to cancer, back in October, 2008. We had only 15 years together.

Your loss is multiplied by the wonderful years you had with your husband.

Take comfort that we hear your sorrow and wish you only peace and strength.

David in Canada.
