Just wondering if anyone know the quality of the chrome under the black insert on the instrument panel on a 2015 flrt, as it is getting replaced due to scatches thanks

Just wondering if anyone know the quality of the chrome under the black insert on the instrument panel on a 2015 flrt, if it is good guality I would just have the chrome exposed only.

First of all, that much chrome may be blinding at times with the sun overhead. If the scratches are that bad, just remove the insert and see what it looks like underneath, then decide. A new insert is only about $25. That's my 2 cents worth.
