The cluster is from a 2007 Ford Ranger so finding a new one will be difficult.

i have a complete used instrument panel the chip for the alarm is gone but the rest is good

You can swap the plastic cover from a used one if you can find a clear one. I've done that.

I did not do this personally but a friend who was restoring a car had a similar problem. He very carefully made a cardboard pattern of the shape of the glass he needed and a local glass shop cut one for him. Admittedly his first try was a tad off but he nailed it the second time.
