ID sticker on Roadsmith

Does anyone know how to read the date of manufactuer on ID sticker on Roadsmith. Mine reads 16126

First 2 digits are the year. The three remaining digits will be the unit built that year.

Example: 16126 - will be the 126th unit built in 2016.
