How to cool down a 2012 Tri glide

Recently got a 2012 tri glide and as I been riding it gets very hot so we took the lowers off and helped but miss wearing shorts in the GA heat

OK well I am new to the motorcycle world I uderstand the de cat but what is the stage 1

this subject is very large and complicated depending on what your ultimate goal is. Search the HD forum for heat issues and read. then decide how much you want to do. Good luck

I have discovered that the only sure fire way to cool down my TG and not feel excessive heat is to.....Ride all winter. Zero degrees helps the best. Barely.

Good question, but Harley riders have been fighting this issue for many years now. There's a lot of good advice on this board and a number of others on the internet.

The newer TG seems to have gone a long ways to solving this problem. I was very comfortable on a long ride with one a few months ago, in the Florida heat, no less.

However, be prepared to spend a few thousand $$$ to get the trike the way you want it. Good luck. Ride safe. ThumbUp
