After looking at the forum page, it list all different brands of trikes and conversions. Also travel, general discussion and a host of other areas that reach just about every area of trikes.
This area is about Harley TGs and conversions. This thread is about a Harley. Yet a couple of "other brand" folks seem to have this need to post some off section as well as off thread comments.
I for one have had my fill from these few. I do not give a RATS ASS about your comments and feel you give an overall bad taste to this forum.
It only takes a few simple people to ruin a good thing.
I have had enough, want to make silly ass comments, well I will just copy this and reply again and again.
Have a nice day.

Great post, I think most of us feel that way.
The post about a motor and a hood latch came from . . . . . . .?
C'mon now boys, stop picking on those wingdingers. Heck, if it wasn't for them the sales for stuffed animals would plummet.![]()
My question above seems to have gotten lost in all the bashing. Can some one answer me NOWI'm still think about buy a New Harley trike. But I've rode Harley's in Arizona. ( not trikes) And believe me even 2 wheeler s get HOT at stop lights. Even back home here in Minn during the summer months it can be an issue. So why is there so much difference on Trike's ? Or is it some can take it & some can't ? I have a friend from Illinois that I ride with in AZ. They both said that even there 14 Tri Glide gets HOT at stop lights. ?? OK just asking why ? Thanksorag:

. Grew up in Michigan & rode a lot in those HOT summer days. ThumbUp Rick
Hot summer days in Michigan? I can't be reading this right.. Stroll on down here to Texas any July August afternoon. Bring your sunscreen, shades and emergency heat stroke abatement kit with you :Turkey:
Other than going to a water cooled trike, how did you solve the burning thighs problem on your scoot, and would you recommend it to others.
Hey Moneywoes, we get hot days up here too, some even as hot as yours, maybe not as many though.
I lived in Temple for 5 years. Wife loved it (she'd wake up each morning and say "Another day in paradise". ThumbUp
My son was born at Scott & White so he's a "Natural Born Texan" and when you guys seceed he can bring us back with him.
Texas was OK. I just couldn't get use to water skiing on Christmas day - I have to have the 4 seasons. Besides I love snow.epper:
Just joking a little Gary. I was raised up in Michigan, little town of Alto a few miles east of Grand Rapids. Moved to TX back in 81 for employment. Wife has let me know in about 7 years when I hopefully can retire we'll be moving back. Most all our family lives there. Passed out and fell off a hay wagon from that Michigan heat when I was a teenager. It gets HOt there and humidity is as bad as anywhere I've been sometimes, but this TX heat feels like i'm sitting in a big oven. Given the two climates I'd take the Michigan 4 seasons humid summers and frozen winters and all.
To keep on thread topic, I put a 1.5" tank lift on from DK. Jagg 10 row oil cooler with fan, Wards part werks fans, V&H power dual headpipe, GMR 577 cam and power vision tuner. By far the biggest improvement is the Ward parts werks fans.
