Horn question....

Has anyone connected their horn into the locking mechanism? So that when you either lock or unlock the trunk it will give a short blow on the horn. And, if so, how did you go about doing that?
 
I think I know where Harry's coming from. ;)

I bet he's just looking to have an additional check to verify the locking/unlocking and,,, an excuse to do some more "personalized tweaking" to that beautiful rig of his, lol. :laugh:ThumbUp

That would be correct. And to just add a little more "startle" to the curious onlookers. Especially those that might be getting a little TOO curious.....

If you want to add a bit more "startle",,, once you figure out how to tie the horn circuit into the remote, replace your horn with the Rivco twin trumpet air horns. I had them on my Valkyrie and just had them installed on the Wing. Talk about waking up the dead! :AGGHH::laugh:

You can see them in the photo below mounted on the engine guard. Click on the picture for a larger view.

Those don't look bad at all. I had a set of the Rivco horns on my Valkyrie.
