Anyone know where I can find the ladderbar pivot pins? For a 99 GL1500SE Motortrike coupe. I need to replace one. Thanks, jimsjinx

Are you talking about the front pivot pin bolt ?????????
All that is; is a Carriage Bolt 1/4 X 20 I think. Get one that is 4 inches long and cut to length, and don't try to tighten it up too much as it Will Break,,, Or is that how you found that it is broken.. Many people have done it...

I need the actual pin. Left side. I took it apart to clean and lube, and it looks like someone ground on the end to get it in the hiem joint, a chamfer, if you will. I tell ya, if I ever find the gremlin that did all the MickyMouse stuff assembling this trike, I'll bury him! jimsjinx

In that case you need to call Richard at MT, but what you get back will be the same or similar as they do that there so it will allow the right clearance to the frame. That part should have been lock tited, and not removed?????? it isn't a maintenance item. Just spray some Lithium or Silicone spray on the Heim, and surface of the pin block from underneath....... Those are part of the $500.00 Core charge of the inital kit...

Uh-oh! Maybe I'll just leave it alone! Maybe they did it that way? jimsjinx

if your refering to the corners of the carrage bolt under the head being rounded they would have to be that way..if those corners were left on you'd have damaged the heim joint when you tried putting a square peg in a round hole.
