I friend of mine is down here in Florida and brought his 2014 Triglide. The first day the reverse went out. When the button is engaged it simply "clicks" and doesn't engage the reverse. It doesn't sound like the reverse motor is running. The bike is fine besides that. Any ideas........Tim would really like to enjoy his Tri during his week visit here at The Villages.

Thanks folks

He can still enjoy his week visit, I haven't used the reverse on my 2013 in two years, I used it once just to make sure it works when I bought it. I never did like it, he just needs to be careful where he parks.
He can take it back to the dealer after he gets home.

I'm sure you checked the reset switch ??? on the right side behind the cover, it's the Red switch.

Like Sully says check the breaker switch under the right side cover.. Its a red lever..
If that doesn't help, Then careful where he parks, And then see his dealer...

Tim asked me to ask your advice on one other issue. ( why he doesn't set up account of his own I have no idea).... After having his motorcycle trike kit virtually rebuilt as a result of an accident last fall the brakes are pulsing at low speeds of 10-12 MPH even with the trike in neutral. The dealer swears that this is nromal in Triglides. The pads and rotors are new with less then 50 miles on them. The pulsation does not get better.

Any ideas? Why would this trike act similar to a vehicle in need of new rotors?

As always, thanks for your suggestions

I'm wondering being that both the pads and rotors are new that the rotors may not have been cleaned of the packing film before installing. Then the film transfers to the pad as a buildup.

Tim said thanks to all of you for your responses. The dealer has not been very helpful and claims that "pulsation is normal". I know, he isn't buying it either. Lol
