i went to the steller today and told him i would go 20,000 for the new tri glide with my 04 heritage soaftail. he thinks it can happen and will be out to look at my bike tommorrow. do you guys think this is a good deal for me. if he tries to add paperwork fees and stuff i will walk. converting mine will be about 12000, that does not make sense to me. your opions are appreciated.

Sorry but the bottom line is what you are confortable with and think is a deal for you. Just from the basic info sounds good.

I think the Tri Glide is $32000 plus tax = ?? If that dealer were to take that deal they would be giving you ~14000 trade value. It would be a dream deal in my opinion. Ride Safe!

Kelly Blue Book Value (trade in) for your bike is $8960. So the trade + $20,000 for a new Tri Glide is a pretty good value. The retail value (KBB) for your bike is $12,190.

Jump on it like a duck on a June bug!!! That's a great trade in offer!!

well the dealer and me came to terms. i gave him 20500 and my bike and they got a check and i got the bike. i drove it around their parking lot and then had them deliver it. i see i am gonna have a learning curve from 2-3 wheels. i will practice on a few quite roads after work tommorror if not rainning. it won't take long.

WElcome to the world of three wheelers. I just got converted in Feburary. I now have 4000 miles and everything is great. So do the practice, I went to a large parking lot and only hit about a dozen cars (NO NOT REALLY) :) :):woohoo::innocent::Trike1:
