I am working on a 1999 Harley trike kit rear brakes and they’ve got a funky set up in here. Can’t I just put a T-block back here and just eliminate the slave cylinder and master cylinders, pushing against each other. Will the main master cylinder on the pedal have enough fluid in it to work both the rear calipers without having another master cylinder in the back

You may need a residual pressure valve if the master cylinder is lower then the calipers, you can plumb the rear brakes using a 3/16th Street t fitting like this from Doorman products
