We had the WHIM module installed last year in our rig and use the wireless headsets with our 1/2 helmets, they work so-so but are are adequate enough. We recently went on a chilly ride in the morning with our full face helmets and normally use our wired headsets but couldn't communicate with each other. We could hear the music and the GPS directions but couldn't talk to each other, the VOX settings were right but wouldn't respond to our voices.
Took the bike into the dealership, it's been there for 2 days now and they called this afternoon. The Mothership advised them that our wired headsets won't work when the WHIM module is installed, WTH ? Just wondering if anyone else has come across this dilemma.
