Harley radio update

Ok, yeah, I know this is an OLD subject/thread, but can't find it in the archives. At the time, I did the down load & install & it cured all my radio woes. I recently got one of the "new" Boom headsets that came with a program update. Unfortunately, the paperwork that came with the head set got tossed 'cause 'Pest saw me install the head set & thought I didn't need it any more. OK, well, I DIDN'T need it to install the head set, but the program update was a different story. It seems that when I did the radio update, there was a prociedure to switch the radio into program mode. Any help on this subject will be welcome.
