I have a 2021 Ultra that was converted by CSC in May 2022. One of my first long trip was to Virginia and I noticed that the right fork sleeve (the one that was added because of the rake kit) came loose.

Took it to my dealer and they tightened the screws. About 6 months later, if came loose again, so it was again tightened.

Last trip was to New York in May 2024 and when I got back home, it was again loose. So, the dealer removed the fairing and discovered that the sleeve (where the screw goes) was cracked inside. Means I need a new sleeve from CSC.

Been trying to reach them but it is close to quitting time - so, just left a message.

Dealer will tighten it again so I can ride until we get the part.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Got the part from CSC today - CSC dealer just made arrangements for me to bring it in on July 8th to get it replaced.

He was ready for July 1st -however, I am just getting back from a trip the day before.

I have not seen or heard of one of their extended length replacement cowbells having that defect, not sure where they source those from, but it was a manufacturing issue that was missed during the QC process. Will is a huge asset at CSC and takes good care of their customers and dealers.

Yep - the part comes from Drag Specialties. I have the old part and can share a picture of what the inside looked like.
