H-D Split Vison Mirrors

Just wondering if anyone out there has the H-D split vison mirrors on their trike. Have driven over period 50 years with trucks, buses and personal vehicles with convex mirrors. On the H-D review list of the mirror buyers is a mixed bag from not showing the wide range like a convex mirror should to just the opposite. Other split vison mirrors available on Amazon are 1/3 of the cost compared to H-D ones but they show the range that the convex should. However some buyers said they had issues with hardware.Thanks for your feed back....

I have some generic ones, they are ok. I wish the round part was a bit more convexe.

Over the years, I’ve had quite a few, but the HD Split Vision are my favorite.

I had them on my customized Road king and when I sold it, I actually removed them and their on my Tri Glide now.

Personally, I like them and I can definitely see more!!

I have them on mine I really like them. I think I can see a lot better with them over the stock one.

I use the Kuryakin mirror extenders. Before it was tough to see around Mary's arms when she's riding back there but with these mirror extenders not a problem.

I just put the small convex mirrors on my stock mirrors. They just stick on. Saved my butt a few times.

Jerry, did you use the type that fit flat to the mirror (no adjustment) or the adjustable that extend away from the mirror surface?

RK, I used the ones that sit flat against the mirror. Only 2" I can see traffic that sneaks up on me. I've had 4 trikes over the years. I put these mirrors on every one of them. View attachment 117048
