Goodbye victory

Translation:

After you lose your a$$ on that Victory we sold you, come buy an Indian.......Please?

Yep, Hit the nail on the head Look, Polars sent me a Coupon, And if i buy a Indian [Heavyweight] bike because I'm such a loyal Victory owner the'll give me a grand off and 5 hundred in Indian junk, To sweeten the sting...;)

I have the strong feeling that some where down the line Polaris will take some of the Iron frame Victory's and morph them into the Indian line. And that will give buyers a larger choice of bikes, Instead of ''mostly'' Heavy weight cruisers...
Im thinking the Other Victory's the George Jetson styled, By Ness.. Will end up in the dustbin of failed designs... Like the Pontiac Aztec.....:D

It's a shame to see such a reliable engine get sidelined due to poor management though. Would be different if the whole think was a disaster but this is pure management failure. And they are still with Polaris. They'll screw something else up. Potentially Indian now.

The local PD here bought the Victories instead of the FLHTP (the ones they used for years). The Victories can't hide as much in traffic. I never studied much on them but they look to not have a good turning radius. I never talked to any of the officers on how they liked them compared to HD.
