I made the mistake of thinking that my wife would not ride with me:mad::mad::mad:; thus the purchase of a 2015 Superior Blue Freewheeler four months ago!

After about 3k in accessories and 2k miles, she asked did Harley make a bigger trike that was more comfortable for the passenger? You know where this is going . . .

Eventually I caved and we are now the owners of a 2014 Tri-Glide . . . I sure miss my FW, but the wife is happy!!!!

Lesson: Take the wife when purchasing a bike even if she says that she is not interested in riding . . .:D:D:D

In my opinion, the Tri-Glide handles much better . . .

Uncledoc . . .

I just traded for another Tri-Glide too, for similar reasons. My child bride has historically ridden her own bikes but badly hurt her back some months ago and that has put a crimp in her riding and she has been riding with me. So we traded the free for another big trike. Amazing, after just a couple years, I cannot remember how to work the info-thingy. Oy! Anyway, I'll lurk but be spending more time over on the other net.

Speaking of child brides a guy writes in to complain that his in-laws call him a pedophile. He admits that he is 50 and his wife is only half his age (25) but after all they have had a happy marriage for 13 years ....

;)

Sometimes that 'happy something' doesn't work.

My triglide only had 241 miles on it when I bought it. The PO had a tricked out Street Glide, but his girlfriend wanted something more comfortable, so he traded for the trike. Then she broke up with him.

Doesn't matter what you do, sometimes you just can't keep them happy...
