Well, I'm expecting awesomeness since I need to wait another day. Delivery moved from Tues to Wednesday mornings. Gut feeling is telling me Thursday.

Whatever and whenever it is delivered, I will have my riding clothes on when the truck arrives with my trike.:pepper:

Thinking positively, it is supposed to rain most of the day tomorrow anyway. IF it was delivered then, it would just be sitting there driving me crazy instead of me driving it!! Now, that would be frustrating.

Keep sending positive vibes!!! I'm starting to get my excitement back about this:clapping:

Lots of good vibes coming! I had to just sit on my trike when I got it in March and it was cold etc. I just kept looking at it. I know your excitement!

HA, at least you have one to set on!! I keep looking at the pictures I took Sunday and visualize flying through the turns on the back roads around here.

BTW, how far are you from Scott AFB area? If I can carry over a weeks VACA for next year I may be heading out that way to visit a bunch of air force friends I used to be stationed with around the world. Seems a large number of them ended up in IL. We could hook up for a ride if not too far out of the way.

LOL I did the picture thing for over 2 months. The dealer had some awesome pics on their site I saved to my computer. Your trike will be here before you know it!

Scott AFB is about 65 miles or 70, and a nice drive. I haven't been to the base but I take a scenic route down to Fairview Heights/Shiloh area for shopping and its right close by there. Do let me know if you're that way I'm all for meeting my trike friends in person!

Don't forget pictures when your trike arrives!

:AllGood:I figured if I vented I would be ok. I also figure Karma will pass me by if I stay control myself.....I'll let Karma visit those in need!

Drove by the hannigan factory today and they were loading a beautiful RSV trike. It was 2 tone blue ,I think it was the paint scheme that you wanted but not positive ,I was going 60mph. I wonder if it belongs to someone on here. If it does they are going to be very happy!

The Unit referred in the above Post is a Standard 2-toned Trike produced, painted, and installed by us here at the Factory on behalf of Volunteer Cycles & Trikes of Sevierville, TN.

Contrary to the above, it was indeed the Standard Advertised Paint Scheme as accurately performed, properly depicted in, and factually represented by the Picture of Dennis' Trike (here referred to and known as "Picture #2) in another Post http://www.triketalk.com/forum/threa...h-this-picture.

The Trike shown in and known as Picture #1 is NOT a Standard/Normal Paint Job/Scheme.

That Unit was applied with a One-Off Custom non-Standard Paint Scheme. This Custom Scheme is not advertised, represented, implied, or available by or from Hannigan Motorsports in any way, fashion, or form.

I am sure such is available and obviously can be had from Sources outside of and separate from HMS as is the case with any Special Request and/or Service a person may have or require.

Hopefully, this will once and for all definitively lay to rest and correct any confusion and inaccurate information and false perceptions as exists now and all to come as well.

Thanks much to the Trike Talk Forum and All who have posted for this opportunity to clarify and accurately define ourselves and our Services as well as the consideration and understanding of same.

As always, we greatly appreciate both.

Particular Thanks and Gratitude to Dennis for his patience, kindness, communication, cooperation, and amazing understanding and flexibility in this instance and the entire Saga all together.

Another Prime Example of the extraordinary Character and Caliber of our Owner-Family we cherish and are blessed with far beyond the ability of words to convey ThumbUp

Thanks for clarifying the "paint" issue. I hope it puts this to rest.

This was just more misinformation from the dealer.

I will see if the very nice paint scheme provided by Hannigan grows on me over the next few months. If not, I will seek out a local paint shop to do a custom paint.

I have also been considering some airbrushing to customize.

For now, I first, just want to take delivery and ride!! I don't want to think about paint until riding season has ended for this year.

Thanks everyone for your input and sorry I passed on the misinformation that was given to me.ThumbUp

Lots of best wishes for you. Remember they always save the best for last,so thats why it took so long. Im glad to see everythings finally working out for you and hope you get many miles of smiles on her! Just remember we could use some pics when she arrives.

Thanks, I do plan on posting some pics. I'm so glad I have a digital camera because if I had film it would have expired by now..

Playing phone tag with dealer for the past 2hrs trying to find out what time he will be here today if at all.

patience is a virtue however whenever i hear about someone having to be patient or someone telling me to be patient i always think of the cartoon i saw once of two buzzards sitting in a tree and one buzzard says to the other "patience my ass, i want to kill something now."
