Getting together

Just got back from the Rally on the East Coast, & I was watching the Video that Fred made of the Western Rally in Reno. I think everyone is starting to get the itch to try & make more get-togethers, I was wondering how far you would travel to get to a location for a get together. Take for example if you would say Berlin, Ohio was our destination, it would take me 6 hours to get there, it has alot of Crafts(Amish Country) good hotels, & great places to eat, I'm talking weekends. Just trying to see what everyone is interested in....

I do 500 mile days fairly easily. 'Cept when it's 100+, then I ride at night.

400 miles is about our limit for a weekend trip.

"Rolling thru the Finger Lakes" is a 3-4 day event that Americade is hosting in about 2 weeks for 100 people. It might be a plan for us to use some of their ideas/rides/hotels/restaurants to host the rally here in the Finger Lakes region of NY State someday.

I like that idea, you would have some interesting sites to visit, & great scenery...we'll have to keep that in mind:wave4:
