Gas selling for $2.81 gal

Now 2.899 at Sam's Club in Casa Grande, AZ

A report yesterday indicated a surplus of oil in North America and that we can continue to enjoy lower prices!

I hope the report is correct!

Ten years ago reports were that we'd be running out of oil in ten years - here we are and now the report is that we have a surplus!

PERHAPS MANIPULATION - YOU THINK!:gah:

Went for a ride yesterday and saw regular gas as high as 3.69 a gal in a couple of small towns. Idaho is always right behind California as far as high gas prices. All the way down to 3.43 a gal by my house!!! Yay!!! Been paying 3.89!! Diesel has been 4.69.!!!

You know who we have to thank for the glut of gas and the lower prices that it brings ;;

Yep, you guessed it, It's all those people driving'' Puke'asid's, And electric car's. The less they use the more for us, And at lower prices ..:pepper:
The only problem is they're not paying their share of the Road use Tax... ;)

Gas prices are low & further lowering temporarily, while we (US) deal with our friends in Saudi Arabia.:pepper:
We're helping them with military goods etc. to fight ISIS/ISIL., whatever they're calling themselves lately.
They've supposedly agreed to keep oil $$ low until December or so in exchange for our military assistance.
See what unfolds down the road.
Right now I'm loving the lower fuel costs...

Re: Gas selling for $2.85 gal

Gas is selling for $2.65 a gallon @ Bucee's in Texas City if you are in for a ride.

Here in CT still around $3.50 to $3.60 although I think I saw one station at $3.49 a gallon, dam taxes here are brutal, one of the highest if not the highest gas tax...

I use diesel in my Dodge and that is coming down, my better half thought she saw under $4.00/gal....

I figured they are trying to dump the summer blends with it getting cold now....

around 3.54 here... i saw 3.19 in springfield last nite... in nj 2 weeks ago 2.99

Here in good old Southern Ohio we saw it down to $2.93 and then two days ago they ALL sent up to $3.19 in a matter of a couple of hours. These fifty or so stations never price fix or anything like that, I'm sure, and I'm sure it is just an accident that they always raise their price within 2 hours of each other, but today we see some stations back to $3.09.

It has more to do with better methods to extract oil from oil wells, and Fracking...
With some conservation to boot..
