For those with raked front ends

When you raked your trike's forks, did you notice it dropped the bottom clearance in the front of the trike? If so, how did you fix that, or did you. I've noticed that my trike has a nice "slammed" look, but I've been hitting darn near every speed bump around and it has me concerned. Also, if the front is raised (say, via spacers or whatever) how does that affect the steering geometry? My query is basically aimed at VTX owners, but open to anybody. Chumbly-

Check with Cad-To-Chrome, they make spacers for the top of the fork tubes that will give you about 1 extra inch of clearance. Charley

"Most" of the Rake Kits come with either external tube extensions, or internal spring spacers. You might check with the Company that made Your Rake Kit first, before buyin' something extra, in case they were accidentally left out....;)
