We bought a TOI flag and a trunk rack with 2 flag poles. What is the protocol for placing 2 flags? Looking from the rear, should the US flag be left or right of a state or organization flag?

From the rear the Stars and Stripes should be on the right.

US Flag should always be on the right from the drivers perspective, also considered the "marching right".
