Well the trike now has just a tick under 1200 miles on it so i was curious what mileage the new motor was getting.Solo riding shifting at 2500 keeping cruising rpm at 2500,highway and city mixed 34.7 mpg, i can't complain about that.My highway is to and from work with a posted speed 50-55 which means 55- 60 for me.This trike will cruise in 6th gear at 60 without any lugging with plenty of power left.Very happy so far only time will tell how reliable it will be.

What ever the factory settings are as far as tire pressure.

You might want to consider lowering the rear tires that are "factory" suggested at 26 pounds. Due to a change of an industry tire chart, the lowest psi setting on that revised chart was raised I think from 22 PSI to 26 psi. Most trike owners consider running the rears at 20-22 psi and find that the ride is much smoother. It is also helpful to adjust the rear shock air pressure to a value that makes for a smooth ride but does not bottom out. For solo, I run about 18-20 psi in my rear 2016 TGU shocks and about 24-26 psi when I have my wife and some luggage. We are not heavy people so that number is sufficient for us. Heavier folks will need to adjust the shock values upward accordingly with a max being 50 psi.
