Finally got it home

Picked up my '09 Tri Glide today and brought it home. I put about a hundred miles on it today, and it's going to be ummmmmm.....an adjustment ! I think I'll like it once I get everything from my ultra on the tri glide. Got my Rineharts on it, and my back rest, then my windshield, windshield pouch etc....got lots more to get on it this weekend, my PC V and SE Stage 1 air filter.

So I'm good to go, and RE learn everything I THOUGHT I knew about riding motorcycles.

Congrats Cruisin! You're right....there is an adjustment period if you are coming from 2 wheels to 3. But after about 200 - 400 miles, you'll find it very comfortable. Take some time to read through this thread if you haven't yet:

Take your time, don't progress faster than you feel safe and comfortable with, and you'll do great!

I believe you will be totally happy when you get use to your new trike. I will be SO glad when I can do some long trips on mine.

It'll be Great after some mileage....40+ years/hundreds of thousands of two wheel miles, I just finally put that "book" on the shelf and started over.....this Trike is now my All-Time-Favorite-Motorcycle of all of the hundreds I've owned over the years.....:wtg::wtg::wtg:
