Finally did it.

After months of putting it off, I finally traded the sportsters in on a
standard off the shelf Tri-Glide. Now all I have to do is learn to operate the Infotainment system. I worked with early computers that barely fit into a 12 x 20 foot room (16K memory weighed about 20 lbs) and they were easier to understand than the current Infotainment system.

Luckily I can pretty much do without the music, etc. but the wife does (will) want it . "Why is it there if not to use?"

Congrats on the new ride!

Have fun with the infotainment...I have an ok handle on it now, but it took me months before I even tried the GPS on it.

Here's to making tons of great memories on it! ThumbUp

2 years later and I'm still not completely comfortable with the Info system. :D

Of course I had the first generation and it had a bunch of gremlins - still has a few and it's the second unit I've had.

It's great for going from point A to point B.

Congrats on the TG = you'll love it.

Thank you for the replies everyone. I will certainly try the inter-active demo on the HD site.

The weather here has been decent so we have gotten to ride a bit, will be glad when that darn break in is completed. The darned thing certainly is fun now, I can hardly wait to twist my wrist a bit more.
