Engine heat?

Ok I was wondering if those who have the Stallion experince any engine heat during hot summer days, not withstanding the ac. I was thinking that with enclosed engine compartment the rider would be isolated thus seperating them from any engine heat produced.
On my Yamaha trike about the only time it gets hot is in stop & go traffic or at traffic lights when the fan kicks on.

only in stop & go traffic on hot day's i do feel engine heat, but not bad. moving along 20 30 mph nothing. i do have carpeting on the floor of the stallion, which also insulates.

I've had my stallion for 2 1/2 years and have never experienced any engine heat and have pulled a fully loaded trailer in the mountains several times.

No noticable engine heat

I tried for a year to purchase the after market carpet inserts that I think had a backing to deflect heat. They would fit fiberglass units, but not the plastic model. So I kept checking the dealer every few months, and finally gave up.

Not really needed anyway.

I have also noticed engine heat, but it is when I am stopped at a light or when I turn the Stallion off and then get on it that I have noticed the heat. When the A/C is on, it is not noticable at the stop lights.

My wife has had a Stallion since March of 2008. She has riden more than 22 k miles in all kinds of weather. We live in the Florida Keys gets plenty warm here. Heat from the Stallion is a NON - issue. P.S. my wife does not use the AC
