eflattmajor-new buddy

Hello, everyone! I am a new buddy. Just got my Tri-Glide Ultra 3 weeks ago. It is a 2016. I got it with 1465 miles on it. Almost new. I now have about 1814 mile on it. The more I ride it, the better I like it.

My last accident a truck ran a stop sign and came in front of me on my 2 wheeler. I hit the truck in the passenger door. Insurance company totaled my ride. My family said, "We know you are not going to stop riding, but would you conceder getting a Trike"? 4th accident in my life sense 1976. Only the first was my fault. The trike may not stop people from pulling out in front of me, but at least I got anti-lock brakes, and at least it is easier on my knees, and I still enjoy the ride.:D Maybe even more. Use to be a professional musician, so I had to have a great radio/Ipod etc.

Look forward to talking and fellowshipping with you folks.

Just wanted to introduce myself.

Ernest, welcome from Virginia. I used to have an aunt in Murfreesboro, and my cousin worked at the Nissan plant in Smyrna.

Does the eflatmajor mean you were a horn player?

No, BillR, I was a Singer, and I play guitar, and bass. I played for 25 years on the road. eflattmajor comes from my name Ernest Flatt, Sr. I have a son that is Ernest Flatt, Jr. As a matter of fact I have 4 kids and all like to ride, and 2 of my sons own motorcycles.
