Drive Belt Problem on Frankenstein conversion

I have an '09 FatBob FXDF with a Frankenstein Rearend conversion. I noticed a while back that the drive belt was rubbing the frame as the rearend flexes on the shocks. I have tried all the adjustments for belt tracking suggested by the guys at Frankenstein to no avail. Has anyone else had this problem. The paint is wore off down to bare metal on the frame and is now starting to wear into the frame. The belt when tracking when in the center of the rear pulley is very close to the frame, almost a half inch closer than with the stock rearend.

I have a Frankenstein on a Lowrider, and one of the things that kinda freaked me out when we first got it finished was how close that belt is... but so far as I can tell, it never does touch. The only think I can think of is to maybe check the mounting at the swingarm - do you have any room to adjust the mounting of the star-plate downward? We put a semi-custom setup on mine (used the Sporty kit) so maybe yours looks a little different, but the first time we tried to mount everything, we had to make an adjustment there.....
Hope this helps! Feel free to PM or email me if you want pics -- I think the build pics are on my profile, but I can take more if you want.

swingarm is on correctly, Just did a complete teardown to check all torques and assembly. Do not have it all back together yet , will post then.
