Does Harley Not Offer Lower Handlebars?

I've got the original 12" Ape Hanger bars that came with my '21 Freewheeler. I'd like to replace them with a 10" Ape Hanger. All I ever find are taller bars. I don't want to change the style or pull back angle, just the height. Anyone ever hear of any that will accommodate the factory through the bar wiring and handlebar controls?

$389!! I think not, but thanks. Also would prefer to stay with the factory styling, just 2" lower.

So I found these 10" bars. ($305.00 ) Is it a big deal swapping them out? I know there's wiring that runs through them. Anybody replace they're bars before?
